I didn’t start Thrive Holistic because I had it all figured out.
I started it because I didn’t!
Like so many of my clients, I once struggled with chronic bloating, acid reflux, mood swings, hair loss, exhaustion that no amount of sleep could fix, and doctors who dismissed every symptom as “normal.” Kidney failure, pneumonia, low thyroid and gallbladder removal all whilst chronically over-eating and over exercising led me to where I am today.
My healing didn’t come from quick fixes. It came from learning to listen to my body, trust its signals, and honour its complexity. That meant science and soul - lab work, yes, but also lifestyle, nervous system regulation, and compassion and coming back to me.
Today, I help people rebuild their gut health, restore their hormones, and reclaim their energy - without shame, or dead ends. And I believe when we’re empowered with the right tools and support, we become the authority in our own healing.
