We don’t just help you feel better.
We teach you how to stay well - for life.

At Thrive Holistic Health Hub, we help people who feel bloated, burnt out or hormonally off-kilter finally get answers and a plan. Whether you’re navigating stubborn gut issues, unexplained fatigue, loss of confidence or monthly chaos with your hormones, we guide you back to clarity using a root-cause, lab-driven approach.
Our clients are often high-performing women and professionals who’ve tried clean eating, supplements, or strict protocols, but nothing seems to stick. We look deeper. Using functional blood analysis, symptom tracking, and a proven 4-phase method, we help you heal the gut, regulate hormones, and rebuild resilience without the overwhelm.
If you’ve ever said, “I just want to feel like myself again,” - you’re in the right place.

Thrive changed my life, I'd do her program 10 times over.

The Systems We Address
Gut Health & Inflammation
Digestive symptoms are rarely isolated. Bloating, irregular bowel habits, skin flare-ups and fatigue often reflect underlying dysbiosis, impaired gut barrier function, or chronic low-grade inflammation. At Thrive, we assess digestive patterns, inflammatory markers and lifestyle load to identify what is driving the disruption - not just manage symptoms. Explore the 28 Day Gut Reset Guide below.
Hormone Imbalance & PCOS
Hormone issues are system-driven, not random. Insulin resistance, adrenal stress, inflammatory load and post-contraceptive shifts all influence cycle regularity, mood, energy and metabolic health. We map hormone patterns alongside blood markers and symptom history to understand the true driver - and build a strategy that supports long-term regulation. Explore the managing PCOS guide below.
Stress, Burnout & Nervous System Load
Chronic stress reshapes physiology. Elevated cortisol patterns, disrupted sleep architecture and nervous system overload affect digestion, hormones, immunity and cognitive performance. We examine stress resilience through symptom mapping and functional markers to restore regulation - not just temporary calm. Explore our corporate wellness options
Functional Blood Work & Pattern Analysis
Standard reference ranges often miss early dysfunction. We analyse blood markers in patterns - reviewing inflammatory ratios, nutrient status, metabolic trends and stress indicators - to detect system imbalance before it becomes overt disease. This allows for targeted, bio-individual protocols built around measurable data. Book a call to discuss reviewing your blood work analysis
The Thrive Holistic Difference
“Most health programs fail because they treat everyone the same.”
At Thrive Holistic, we take a completely different approach. We combine science-backed functional testing with personalised, bio-individual protocols - because no two bodies, histories, or healing timelines are the same.
“Gut issues, hormone imbalances and burnout aren’t surface problems they’re system-wide warning signs.”
That’s why we don’t just throw supplements at symptoms or follow trends. We prioritise deep root-cause investigation, including functional blood testing, symptom pattern analysis, and lifestyle mapping - then create a plan tailored to your biochemistry and nervous system.
"Most health programs fail because they treat symptoms in isolation. At Thrive, we explore the full picture, gut, hormones, nervous system, mindset - so you can truly reset from the inside out.”
We know it can be frustrating when practitioners throw random supplements at symptoms, or when clients are told it’s “just stress” or “just age.” At Thrive, we look beyond band-aid solutions to understand what your body is actually trying to communicate. Whether it’s persistent fatigue, hormonal chaos, or gut flare-ups - we decode the ‘why’ with you, not for you.
Meet Charlie:
The Coach Behind the Mission

Certified Nutritionist |Wellness Counsellor|Reiki Practitioner
Like so many of my clients, I once struggled with chronic bloating, acid reflux, mood swings, hair loss, exhaustion that no amount of sleep could fix, and doctors who dismissed every symptom as “normal.” I was a high performing Global Sales Director with diminishing health and no answers.
Those very things led me down the route of holistic and functional health studying both nutrition and functional blood-work. It was only then I was able to put together the pieces of my health puzzle in order to heal my chronic gut issues.
You should know that healing didn’t come from quick fixes. It came from learning to listen to my body, trust its signals, and honour its complexity. That meant science and soul - lab work, yes- but also lifestyle, nervous system regulation, compassion and coming back to me.
Today, I help people educate and empower others to rebuild their gut health, restore their hormones, and reclaim their energy - without shame, or dead ends.
I believe when we’re empowered with the right tools and support, we become the authority in our own healing.
You deserve a coach who sees the whole you.
Not just your symptoms.
Top Questions We Hear
(That You Might Be Asking Too)
Why do I feel so bloated - even when I eat healthy?
Bloating despite a clean diet usually points to deeper gut issues like SIBO, low stomach acid, or dysbiosis. It’s not just about what you eat - it’s how your gut responds.
Is dairy intolerance a sign of a leaky gut?
Often, yes. When your gut lining is compromised, dairy proteins like casein or whey can trigger immune responses, even if you’re not truly lactose intolerant.
Can stress really affect digestion?
Absolutely. Stress lowers stomach acid, slows motility, and impairs enzyme release making it a root cause of bloating, IBS, and poor absorption.
How do I know if I have gut inflammation?
Symptoms include bloating, fatigue, food sensitivities, loose stools, brain fog, or skin flares. Confirming it often requires blood work, stool testing, or symptom mapping.
How long does it take to heal leaky gut?
With the right protocol, many people feel better in 4–12 weeks. Full healing can vary for each individual and can be anywhere between 3-24 months if infections, toxins, or stress are still present.
