Welcome to Thrive Holistic Health Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, products, and programs. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Scope of Services
We provide functional and holistic health coaching, corporate wellness programs, educational resources, and related products.
Our services are not medical care and are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Please read our Disclaimer for full details.
For corporate wellness services (B2B) and any individual services delivered under a corporate arrangement, separate signed service agreements apply in addition to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our services unless you have verified parental or guardian consent.
3. Bookings, Payment & Refunds

B2C Clients (Direct Coaching Purchases): For direct B2C purchases (such as coaching packages), refund and cancellation policies are outlined in your signed service agreement.

B2B Corporate Clients: For corporate contracts and corporate participant services, refund and cancellation terms are outlined in the relevant signed corporate agreement.

Digital Products (Guides & Downloads): All digital products (including guides, PDFs, and downloadable resources) are non-refundable once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. If you experience issues with accessing your files, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
4. Gift Cards

Redemption: Thrive Wellness Gift Cards are redeemable against all Thrive Holistic Health Hub digital guides, blood work analysis, and coaching packages. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Validity: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, all Gift Cards are valid for thirty-six (36) months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. For customers within the European Union, Gift Cards will be valid for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of issue. For customers within the United States, Gift Cards will not expire earlier than five (5) years from the date of issue.

Transferability: Gift Cards are transferable and may be given to another individual. For corporate bulk orders, each Gift Card is allocated to one recipient and is not transferable once redeemed.

Delivery: Gift Cards are delivered electronically by email. A printable version can be requested by contacting us at support@thriveholistichealthhub.com.

Balance: Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card until the expiry date. If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Refunds: Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased. Purchases made using a Gift Card follow the refund policy applicable to the product or service redeemed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website and in our services, including text, images, logos, guides, protocols, PDFs, videos, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Thrive Holistic Health Hub unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share our content without prior written permission
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users or participants.

Misuse our community spaces, if provided (e.g., private groups).

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from your use of our website, services, or resources. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect or consequential losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Holistic Health Hub, its directors, contractors, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

We may use or link to third-party platforms such as Stripe, Wix, ScoreApp, Calendly, Jotform, or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the functionality, accuracy, or security of these platforms. Please review their respective terms and privacy policies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
